Examhood is a web, desktop and mobile-based CBT examination preparatory and testing platform for all categories, with a vision to help everyone excel in all major Nigerian or any other form of examinations and tests irrespective of age and level. We are interested in your success.


Our belief is that education holds the key to transformational growth in Africa and the global world and understanding the difficult concepts at an early age will assist the academic performance as the child progresses to higher classes. As a user refers to any entity accessing or using any of our Websites, Apps or Services.


The access or use of our website or services is governed by this Terms of Use even after modifications in the future. By accessing or using the Application or Services or by downloading or posting any content from or on the website, you would be indicating that you have read, and that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms, now and in the future, including any modifications, and receive our Services (“Terms of Services” or “Terms”), whether or not you have registered with the Site and/or Application. Thus, if you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use access or participate in the Service.

1. DESCRIPTION.

This is an Ed-tech website that provides high quality educational content to students irrespective of the level.

2. REGISTRATION.

To access or use personalized web features and services on our platform, you have to create a user profile. This includes entering your email and password or using a third party authentication service such as Google login and Facebook login. By registering on the site, you agree to provide authentic and legal information at all times and to always ensure that it’s updated accordingly. We reserve the exclusive rights to ban or delete your account if it is involved in any form of illegal activities or violating these terms of use. By submitting any content on our platform, you grant Examhood all rights and licenses to the content and you actually agree that you own the full rights to the content.

3. MEMBER CLAIMS:

Any legal remedy or liability that you seek to obtain for actions or omissions of other members or other third parties will be limited to a claim against the particular Members or other third parties who caused you harm. You agree not to attempt to impose liability on or seek any legal remedy from Examhood with respect to such actions or omissions.

4. FEES:

We bill our users monthly (or quarterly or annually) by implementing very affordable subscription plans. Our subscription fees are subject to change and immediate effect. Any payment by you is a confirmation that you are an authorized and legal user of the payment details provided.

5. USE OF CONTENT:

Examhood promotes a healthy and safe platform for users to participate fully and benefit immensely. Any user behavior that jeopardizes the safety or peace of another user would warrant a solicited and revocable penalty. Users are advised not to involve themselves in actions that would be deemed unmannered, non-collaborative, unhealthy, illegal and unsafe as appropriate measures would be taken to handle the situation.

6. ELIGIBILITY:

Monthly subscribers are eligible to the following benefits:

  • Guide on different assignment for subscribers.
  • Uninterrupted login by the subscribers as long as the subscription is still valid.
  • Eligible to take the assessment test.
  • Assessment of all lesson notes based on the class of subscribers.
  • Assessment to all video content based on the class of subscribers.
  • Eligible to all learning on the platform for the subscription period.
  • Subscribers are are not eligible to medal test
  • Subscribers will pay a sum of two thousand naira (1000) monthly.

Quarterly subscribers are eligible to the following benefits:

  • Guide on different assignment for subscribers.
  • Uninterrupted login by the subscribers as long as the subscription is still valid.
  • Eligible to take the assessment test.
  • Assessment of all lesson notes based on the class of subscribers.
  • Assessment to all video content based on the class of subscribers.
  • Eligible to all learning on the platform for the subscription period.
  • Subscribers are eligible to medal test. Top three highest score with the fastest time limit will be given prize worth N10, 000.
  • Subscribers will pay a sum of two thousand naira (2000) every three month.

Yearly subscribers are eligible to the following benefits:

  • Guide on different assignment for subscribers.
  • Uninterrupted login by the subscribers as long as the subscription is still valid.
  • Eligible to take the assessment test.
  • Assessment of all lesson notes based on the class of subscribers.
  • Assessment to all video content based on the class of subscribers.
  • Eligible to all learning on the platform for the subscription period.
  • Subscribers are eligible to medal test. Top three highest score with the fastest time limit will be given prize worth N10, 000
  • Subscribers will pay a sum of six thousand naira (6000) yearly.

7. OWNERSHIP:

Examhood reserves the exclusive ownership, rights and licenses to all patents, copyrights, intellectual properties, trade secrets, trademarks, service marks and other proprietary rights of any type under the laws of any governmental authority, domestic or foreign, including rights in and to all applications and registrations relating to the services provided by the Website. All present and future rights in and title to this Website or App (including the right to exploit this Website or App and any portions of it over any present or future technology) are reserved to Examhood for its exclusive use. Except as specifically permitted by these Terms, You may not copy or reproduce the content of this Website or App or any portion of it, without prior written approval from Examhood.
